This is most likely an older AV-SPAM v5.1.2 - v5.1.6.

By now the cronjob that runs every 15 minutes will have fixed this. Or
an Active Monitor run. Or a manual execution of
/home/solarspeed/av_spam/bin/restart_services.pl (if you're still using
an AV-SPAM v5).

Please consider upgrading to the AV-SPAM v6.
