For one reason or another the file
/usr/sausalito/handlers/base/network/rewrite-ifcfg.pl seems to have the
protected attribute on your box.

Do this:

chattr -i /usr/sausalito/handlers/base/network/rewrite-ifcfg.pl

Then run "yum update" again and it should update just fine.
