Login by SSH and delete the file:
/usr/sausalito/ui/style/BlueOnyx.xml.compiled.9cb383412ab8a9fbac389d6cae09b8dc

That will fix it. The file now has the wrong UID/GID, as AdmServ now
runs as user "admserv" and no longer as user "apache".
