[BlueOnyx:14376] Yum Update problems

Hi all,

 

During a YUM update one of the updates failed. Unfortunately I did not its
name.

 

Yum Update recommends running yum-complete-transaction but this eventually
gets to the following output loop.

The first and last lines regarding lzo-2.03-3.1.el6.x86_64 are repeated more
and more until they basically fill the screen with brief repeats of the
other lines.

 

Yum clean all / yum update now lists duplicates and does not continue, eg:

 

udev-147-2.51.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with udev-147-2.46.el6.x86_64

upstart-0.6.5-12.el6_4.1.x86_64 is a duplicate with
upstart-0.6.5-12.el6.x86_64

util-linux-ng-2.17.2-12.14.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with
util-linux-ng-2.17.2-12.9.el6.x86_64

xmlrpc-c-1.16.24-1210.1840.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with
xmlrpc-c-1.16.24-1209.1840.el6.x86_64

xmlrpc-c-client-1.16.24-1210.1840.el6.x86_64 is a duplicate with
xmlrpc-c-client-1.16.24-1209.1840.el6.x86_64
