Ok, got that one as well. You can fix it this way:

/bin/chown -R admserv:admserv /var/lib/squirrelmail/prefs

Once that's done, you'll be able to get in.

The SSL-cache errors can probably be disregarded for now, but I'll look
into that now as well.
