Might be worth to try this: Login as "admin" by SSH and "su -" to get
root access.

Then restart cced.init, admserv and httpd:

/sbin/service cced.init restart
/sbin/service admserv restart
/sbin/service httpd restart

AdmServ didn't get restarted on the YUM update (can't safely do that for
those who update through the GUI), so some changes might not yet be active.
