Ok ran:
rpm -hUv --force *.rpm

And all I got was this

Or was I to run each pkg a line at a time
rpm -hUv --force solarspeed-av_spam-capstone-5.1.6-1.el6.noarch.rpm
rpm -hUv --force solarspeed-av_spam-glue-5.1.6-1.el6.noarch.rpm
rpm -hUv --force solarspeed-av_spam-locale-en_US-5.1.6-1.el6.noarch.rpm
rpm -hUv --force solarspeed-av_spam-ui-5.1.6-1.el6.noarch.rpm
