[BlueOnyx:14712] Can not change Quota

Hello,

I see an issue in the general settings (Virtual Site Settings) for a domain.
I cannot raise site quota because 


Maximum Allowed Number of Users   [   25    ]   (1 - )  
[please notice (1 - ) ]

If I change anything and click "Save".
I get error message:

Sorry, 25 is an invalid value for maxusers.

It is a BlueOnyx 5108R 
I am logged in with user "admin".

Please help because site quota is over limit (and I do ot want to work manually with edquota).
