aliases.majordomo  does not exist ,

what is the best way to create it

Verify that /etc/mail/aliases.majordomo exists, then just hash the file like:

makemap hash /etc/mail/aliases.majordomo < /etc/mail/aliases.majordomo

Then restart sendmail and you should be ok.
