There are different sendmail.mc files on the server depending on if you 
have spamassassin installed, greylisting enabled, etc.

The easy solution is from the GUI
1. delete and re-add zen.spamhaus.org
2. Select the advanced tab, and change the max message size to something 
new.
3. Save from the bottom of that screen.
4. Check the sendmail.cf again.
