Thank you very much. .
I din't know 'Active Monitor' -> 'Settings' -> "Monitored Components"
function.
New I moved "mailman list daemon" to "Not Monitored" field.
And I execured /sbin/service mailman stop and /sbin/chkconfig mailman
off.
The mailman never came up again for 2 hour.
