I tested again all  win7,  8 and 8.1,

About  AV-SPAM,  no problem at  latest  IE,  Crome  and  Safari.
About  login page,  only Crome have a problem in all  win7,  8 and 8.1.

It  might not be less problem.    Japanese are  using  less chrome.
