Yeah, that was the reason to make it visible. When the serverAdmin or a
reseler creates the site for an end user, then the end user has no clue
about what the MySQL password would be. He might get it in a setup email
from the person who created the site for him, or he might not.

Long term he'll misplace that email anyway and will forget the password.
After all, he cannot change the password himself. So it makes a lot of
sense to keep it visible.
