Hi Larry,
I'm working through this on one of our production 5108R boxes. Fully YUM'd.

Go to Site Management > Services > Sub Domains. Clicked the box for
"Enable Sub Domains" and then "Save".

Click Add New Subdomain.

Host name "dummy". Domain Name and Web Path Root Base Directory are
already filled out. The "Web Directory" box is blank, so I put "dummy"
there. Clicked "Save".

The sub-domain appears in there as "Sub Domain: dummy" and " Sub Domain
Path: /home/.sites/65/site65/vhosts/dummy"

If you try that out, verifying that the fields are all filled out, does
that help?
