Hey Gerald,
More than likely it's due to a single user, and you could remove that 
state file associated with the user in question.

Take a look at:
ls -lah /usr/sausalito/ui/web/z-push/state

Then see what file in there is taking up all the space.   Then I'd dump 
it.   I'm not sure what kind of fallout that will create with the user, 
but it beats a full root partition.
