Like i said
I cant see anything in /messages/ maillog/ secure/ 
But i found the problem

Its the problem of the filesystem 
a client had a sent messages file of 2.9 Gb
and imap takes a long time to sync that on every login.

I moved the client to a non BO server with maildir format and everything
works fine

Have you checked /var/log/maillog, maybe an offending IP needs to be blocked
