Either cmu.xml or another of the CMU XML files is corrupted. It contains
tokens that the XML parser doesn't understand. Open the XML files in an
editor and give them a casual look over. Especially the ones of the
Vsite (or user) that CMU was importing at the time of the failure.

If possible, do a clean CMU-Export on the source box again and try that
one instead.
