Replying to my own message.  I'm looking at the openwebmail log, and I see
this:
db warning /mbox changed during indexing

Could this be causing an issue, if so how can I fix it?
I ran openwebmail-tool.pl --alluser --index already, that didn't seem to
have an effect.
