Ah, there we go. That indeed helps a lot. I think this is as trivial as
this to fix:

/sbin/service cced.init rehash

The base-mysql RPMs changed the database schema files and ideally should
have restarted CCEd to let it know about it. But I checked and the RPMs
didn't have provisions for the CCEd restart/rehash. Doh.

Please try that and let me know.
