[BlueOnyx:16228] CCED crash, site delete failure

Deleting a site from a 5108R box earlier today failed, as cced.init 
crashed (or was restarted behind the scenes).

Now the site that was to be deleted still appears in the Virtual Site 
List.   When clicking to delete the site, BlueOnyx responds with this error:

"Unable to get the GID for site71. site71 does not appear to exist on 
the system."

Are there suggestions for recovering from this?
