Thanks for that. Replacing "swatch" fixed the monitoring issue
BUT Issue 3 (the PHP errors) remain on both this server and on the server
that has never had EPEL

The name of that RPM is "swatch". Once it has been reinstalled, run the
command "swatch" as root to let it collect data once.
