Today I looked at both  Awstats and Webilizer for the server
and found all data is there for everyday BUT I checked the VSite Awstats 
and Webilizer
and the data is missing for both so does anyone have a fix or at least a 
theory?

Customers getting upset and I don't know how to or what to fix
