[BlueOnyx:17470] Strange vacation db name

A couple of users on a 5107R server have enabled vacation responders, and
the database name in their home directory looks something like

__db..jared.db

Previously it would have been named

.jared.db

The result of the new name is an error like:

to="|/usr/local/sbin/vacation.pl /home/.sites/143/site2/.users/78/jared/.vacation_msg jared", delay=00:01:40, xdelay=00:01:40, mailer=prog, pri=116532, dsn=5.3.0, stat=unknown mailer error 17


If I rename the .db all is fine.

Any idea what's causing the vacation db to be created with the wrong name?
