What does 'rndc status | grep version' show?

Google for 'bind dns empty zones' - depending on the bind version you
may need to add a line in /etc/named.conf to enable those. It looks like
you are using at least 192.168.27.0/24 and maybe others. Reverse dns
lookups for those addresses should NOT be sent to the .arpa servers.
Those reverse lookups should be answered authoritatively by your own dns
servers.
