[BlueOnyx:18184] Webalizer on 5108R fails to update

We have a customer with a BlueOnyx 5208R reporting that Webalizer does 
not update for vsites.   The server stats are updating as normal at 
Server Management > Usage Information > Webalizer.   However, vsites do 
not, and apparently have not since May 2015.

I have seen that this is not the first BlueOnyx server to encounter 
Webalizer issues.   Has anyone encountered this and been successful in 
correcting?
