it is not very difficult but also not with one klick in the GUI ;)
Try to place the wizard https://www.ioncube.com/loader-wizard/loader-wizard.zip within a site (is a php script) and try to follow the steps.

yes for shopware the buildin ioncube loader is to old.
You cannot install the loader for a particular site. You have to install for the php you are using at the server.
You can download the newest version of ioncube here https://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
Then you have to install it for the php you are using at the service (either the server php or a package from michael).

I’m tryring to install shopware on a virtual site. Now I get this error:
