[BlueOnyx:18253] 5209R - no mod_rewrite if I enable FPM/FastCGI

Hello,

Maybe I found a bug in 5209R.
Today I see that mod_rewrite is not working if I enable FPM/FastCGI in at site.
Symptom: it is not working.
Message in error-log: [Thu Aug 27 10:37:35.578399 2015] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 4077] [client 1.2.3.4:57524] AH01071: Got error 'Primary script unknown\n'
(maybe only a result because I tried to rewrite RewriteRule ^.*$ lala.php)

I changed to modruid and mod_rewrite is working.
Can it be, that mod_rewrite is not working / not activated if I use FPM/FastCGI? Can you check/activate it.
