The library and the file you mention are both present, don't look corrupt.
However 'yum reinstall base-alpine-ui" presents the error:

Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository:
BlueOnyx-520XR. Please verify its path and try again

Let me refine the answer that I gave back then:

The function System::getConfig() is provided by base-alpine in this
library: /usr/sausalito/ui/chorizo/ci/application/libraries/System.php.

That function reads the config file /usr/sausalito/ui/conf/ui.cfg and comes
with base-alpine-ui, which is a fundamental part of the GUI.

I just looked at that code and I can't see how that would break, unless
parts of the GUI that should be there aren't there.

Things to check:

See if usr/sausalito/ui/conf/ui.cfg exists, is readable and contains data
that appears to be "normal".

If any of that is not the case, then reinstall "base-alpine-ui" with this
command:

yum reinstall base-alpine-ui

If that doesn't fix it, then contact me offlist and send me the login
details so that I can take a look.
