[BlueOnyx:18259] 5208R, SL6.7 & PHP upgrade bug - ImageMagick

It seems that the ImageMagick library breaks when upgrading a 5208R box
to Scientific Linux 6.7...

... we have this happening on a cron line every 15 mins at the moment :-)
