Where do you get that error? What logfile or program?

I did a Google search on the error message and it sounds like this is an
error that is thrown if a Berkley DB is corrupted. Which is a type of DB
that various OS related applications use. Example: The RPM database. But
others as well.

So the correct "fix" would require to know what is broken.
