[BlueOnyx:18775] Shop Email Setting 5208R

Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid question, it is only my second 5208R I am 
setting up and I am stuck on buying AV-Spam for it:

It seems BX has designated a seemingly random address from the first 
site I imported on the server as shop account and I need to change that 
but I have no clue how and didn't find an answer in the list-archives.
Could somebody enlighten me how to change the email that is used for 
blueonyx shop on setup?
