hello again, may I relaunch this issue?

Since two weeks, I'm still getting on a 5208R every hour the following logs

FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.32-042stab108.2/modules.dep: No such file or directory

or

iptables: No chain/target/match by that name.

Obviously, it's related to *iptables* and unfortunately, my knowledge and skills are insufficient to fix it myself... Issuing the cron script itself results in

FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.32-042stab108.2/modules.dep: No such file or directory
*[root at blue2 ~] 15:27:02 707#*

the output is the same as in the the cron job e-mail. Issuing the iptables list results in a long list of ACCEPTs and DROPs

So iptables seems to work but must be somehow misconfigured...
