OK, it looks like your server is still trying to pull a file that no
longer exists:
http://updates.blueonyx.it/pub/BlueOnyx/5200R/el7/blueonyx/x86_64/repodata/a062e10eb9ba9d53801d9184c0ef433f46f145a6-primary.sqlite.bz2
You can check this link, and see that does not show up in the repodata
directory at all:
http://updates.blueonyx.it/pub/BlueOnyx/5200R/el7/blueonyx/x86_64/repodata/
If you have already performed "yum clean all", that should remove any
cached metadata on your server. So the question becomes why your
server would be looking for something that does not exist? This seems
like something that should be traced at the local system level (in other
words, your end).
Is your server connecting via a proxy? Is there something (ie: a
firewall or cache server) that sits between your server and the Internet?
