You need to import the DNS last. When you import it first and then
import Vsites that have the flag "auto-create DNS records" ticked, then
the import will auto-generate DNS records for those Vsites, too. Which
messes things up.

The best procedure is outlined here:

1. Import MySQL
2. cmuImport sites and users
3. /usr/sausalito/sbin/dnsDeleteAllRecords.pl --delete-confirm
4. Import the DNS
