Did you use the proper BlueOnyx install CD/ISO?  Or did you try the tarbal?

Either way, I would suggest to restart cced service and then restart 
admserv service.

Then take a look towards /var/log/messages and see what crops up in 
there.   Let us know if you need some more help!
