Found a little RaQ3 hiding in a storage rack.  Since we already have a 
decent collection of them, I'm making this one available to anyone who 
wants it.  Just pay the shipping.   Or the colocation fee if you want to 
store it in our datacenter.  ;)

Powers up just fine.  I'll send it out with a fresh RaQ550 install 
(since that's what I have laying around).
