[BlueOnyx:16932] SpamAssassin excessive inode consumption

We've encountered issues periodically with Spamassassin filling up
inodes in /var.

Of course, when that happens, /var is unable to be written to and all
sorts of ugly things start to happen. The culprit always seems to be
in /var/lib/sendmailanalyzer/HOSTNAME/ (where hostname is the hostname
of the impacted server.)

Performing a quick rm -rf /var/lib/sendmailanalyzer/HOSTNAME/* seems to
fix the issue.

Short of setting up a cron to clear out that directory on a weekly (or
more frequent) basis, are there any tips or suggestions for this?
