Find out where the backup is.

Local backup?

Typically in /vz/backup/rsync/<vpsid>/

Inside that dir look for var/lib/mysql or home/mysql

That's where your MySQL database ought to be. Find the database you're
looking for and copy it to the real server. Make sure to stop MySQL
before you copy the files in.
