For good measure restart admserv:

/sbin/service admserv restart

Check if you can connect to either HTTP (444) or HTTPS (81).

If that's not possible, check if your IP has been blocked by Dfix2 or
APF. If APF is installed, that would be in /etc/apf/deny_host.rules

If just Dfix2 is installed, check with "iptables -L -n|grep <IP>" for
the IP you're connecting from and see if it shows as blocked.
