Yeah, if ifconfig ...

... reports the correct IP but "System Settings" / "TCP/IP" still
reports 96.254.220.53, then NewLinQ will get confused over that.

We need to make sure that CODB has the correct network info. Usually a
CCEd.init restart will do that. Why it doesn't in your case? I'd like to
find that out.
