[BlueOnyx:17841] php.ini owner / group

Hi.

 

Noticed tonight that under Security / PHP Settings in the GUI I am throwing
this error

 

Warning: file(/etc/php.ini) [function.file
<https://alpha.pwmaintenance.co.uk:81/base/vsite/function.file> ]: failed to
open stream: Permission denied in
/usr/sausalito/ui/web/base/vsite/php_server.php on line 411

 

Just looked at the owner / group and they are set to root.

Is this correct or should they be assigned to another owner / group?
