[BlueOnyx:17921] Vacation Message Not Working

One of our customers reported that their vacation message wasn't working
(they configured it through the GUI and I verified the settings).

The issue seems to be related to the customer's 3rd-party antispam
filtering service which uses SRS encoding for the reply-to address. When
the original sender (in this case me, jeff at sendingdomain.com) sends email
to the recipient (erika at somedomain.com) the system tries to send the
vacation response to jeff at mx25.net (mx25.net is the antispam company)
instead of jeff at sendingdomain.com and the message bounces. This only
affects vacation messages. All other mail clients are able to parse the
SRS encoding for appropriate replies.

Here is an excerpt from maillog showing the issue (specifically the second
entry at Jun 26 00:42:06). How can I get the vacation message to parse
the SRS encoded URL without swapping the domain name?
