When you click on mailing lists, and edit any of the mailing lists available
to edit, there are 3 tabs, basic, subscribers, advanced.  On each of the
different tabs, at the bottom there is a save button, but the save button
does not show up for the siteadmins.
So for example, they go to subscribers, and want to delete a user, they
remove it, but it can't be saved.
