Very well. I just checked and you're right:

Only 'admin' and reseller had the rights to modify mailing lists. Which
was an oversight. I just modified base-mailman for 5207R, 5208R and
5209R to allow users with 'siteAdmin' privileges these rights as well.

Updates have just been published to the YUM repositories. Please do a
"yum update" and then it should work.
