Ok, this is an easy one:

/bin/rm -f /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl_perl.conf
/sbin/service httpd restart

The file /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl_perl.conf is no longer needed on 520XR.
The "yum update" to 5207R should have removed it at one point or other,
but yeah, there are a couple of reasons why that might not have happened.
