On BlueOnyx we just use Z-Push's connectivity to make it tie into IMAP
as provided by Dovecot. The extra functionality like vCard backend or
Calendar would require the full Zarafa backend.

A quick Google search for "z-push calendar" pulled up this here:

That explains how to tie Z-Push into a CalDAV and CardDAV server, but
you would need to set up and configure them separately.
