[BlueOnyx:17372] Webalizer & Awstats

Since upgrade from 5108 to 5208 Webalizer and Awstats have had issues. 
If I login
to the sever it appears that they work on the server level, however when 
looking at the vsite
neither one is reporting since March 21 2015.

This appears to be the same on all our VPS that were upgraded from 5108 
to 5208
