Michael,
All attempts have been from the Aventurin{e} Admin GUI add virtual 
server and selected
the blueonyx-5209R-CentOS7-x86_64-BX01-20150204.tar.gz

I had also removed that template then did
yum search OSTemplate
them did
yum install ostemplate-blueonyx-5209R.noarch

Next did the add virtual server from the GUI and selected
blueonyx-5209R-CentOS7-x86_64-BX01-20150204.tar.gz
