Still unable to use ftps followed this

          Enable FTPS

Turn FTPS (FTP with SSL/TLS) functionality on or off. FTPS runs on port 
990/TCP and allows a secure connection to the FTP server. It should be 
the preferred method for connecting to FTP. FTP clients should use 
'explicit FTP over TLS” to be able to make use of this feature. *NOTE*: 
FTPS differs from and should not be confused with SFTP. The BlueOnyx 
server supports FTPS, but does not support SFTP.

But still can not connect using ftps explicit
