[BlueOnyx:17549] Failed Login web interface

I noticed that when a ip address or a user is blocked for too much tries to login for downloading emails, the web interface Server management -> Security -> Failed logins is not updated at all. Is it possible?

User rule disable and Host rule 30/1h
